About Dr. Ada Hunter

I’ve been performing professionally for 25 years and teaching singing since 2005.

You know the old saying, some can’t do so they teach? Well, if you’ve noticed, that couldn’t be further from the truth—not in the case of good teachers. I’ve spent the last several decades refining my technique, learning the nuances of the voice, the breath, body movement, and applying what I know to my own performances. So, I am well equipped to teach all levels of singers the art form.

But, that’s not actually why I teach. I teach because I love to sing—and I love to share my love of singing with others who love it, too. It’s as simple as that.

I sing many genres, including classical, opera, jazz, broadway, standards, praise & worship, and country. So, it’s a pretty safe bet that I can help you sing whatever you’d like to.
